Caitlin Rex
Caitlin Rex is our Director of Horseback Riding Programs. She began riding and caring for horses as a young girl at a local farm near her hometown, just south of Boston. She has since been dedicated to her passion for working with horses, professionally managing several large equestrian facilities and training horses and riders in both competitive and pleasure riding disciplines.
Caitlin has successfully coached riders in Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA), in High School equestrian team club sport, and on National and Regional horseshow circuits. She also has experience working in therapeutic riding programs.
Riders of all levels benefit from her positive, engaging and goal-oriented instruction philosophy. She leads her team of co-workers at Pompositticut to develop confident, competent riders by emphasizing practices of safety, technically correct riding skills and sensitivity to the horse.
Caitlin knows the magic and power that is found in the bond between horses and riders. She loves introducing new riders to the joy of this unique and amazing partnership!
Caitlin holds a B.S. summa cum laude, in Pre-Veterinary studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a M.S. from Northeastern University in the study of Regulatory Affairs for Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals and Biologics. We are looking forward to an exciting Summer of Everything Horses with this dynamic Equestrian.
