2021 Co-Director of PFDC
2020 Heels Down Program Coordinator
For those who did not have the pleasure of meeting our Heels Down Instructor this past summer, let me introduce you to Natasha Knight! When her bright smile first walked through the office door, I knew she was going to make an excellent addition to our team at Pompositticut. By the age of 17 years old, Natasha had many riding accomplishments under her belt. Most notably, she was chosen to be part of the USE Area 1 Event Team and competed at the 2017 Junior Olympics (NAJYRC), where she finished 4th place. As part of the rigorous training process, Natasha was required to train in Ocala, FL. She also competed throughout the US in such famed events like the Kentucky Rolex and other CC* events. During this time Natasha did a mix of homeschooling and online middle & high school courses to accommodate her hectic traveling schedule.
Although she was focused on her training, she continued her education, graduating from high school by 15 years old. After completing Young Rider’s, Natasha turned her concentration towards formal education obtaining a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts in 2020. She was then accepted to Pepperdine where she is currently working on her master’s degree in psychology. This extremely well-rounded young lady brings so much to Pompositticut, including her beloved horse Harvey. As we begin the new year, we are excited to announce her as Co-Director of Pompositticut. It is truly a pleasure having Natasha part of the team, she will be an amazing asset to all our campers.
