Kaitlyn personifies what camp directors look for in a staff member: past years as a camper and Jr. Leader, motivation to achieve, willingness to learn, a maturity beyond their actual ageand an affection for children! She possesses all these qualities and more and it is obvious in her performance as a lifeguard and instructor that she has a bright future at Pompositticut. Having sound role models at the pool, Kaitlyn has incorporated her amiable personality to quickly become part of the “team” at the pool who understand the importance of learning swimming skills as part of one’s life skills too.
